The Real Pink Nasty

Heartbreaker Pink Nasty (aka Sara Beck) sings the dirty lo-fi from Austin, TXXX. Also featured on the suburban gangsta rap classic "AIDS Can't Stop Me" by her brother Black Nasty, on an album of romantic ballads by the Kevins, and on Bonnie Prince Billy's "Summer in the Southeast", she is fantastic, no doubt about it.

Songs:

Mold the Gold / BTK Blues / Six Feet Deep in Love / Dirty Soap / What the Fuck

Don Zientara!

Rock legend and all-around nice guy Don Zientara phones it in from the inner sanctum of DC punk, the control room of Inner Ear Studios in Arlington, VA, where almost every major Dischord Records album was recorded. After a few weeks of technical mishaps and scheduling errors, this one's damn near perfect. Don talks about his "Sixteen Songs", plays some tunes, and gives a preview of his forthcoming album. Enjoy!
